APARTMENT GELSOMINO 2601 - Pieve di San Martino

The apartment  is situated on the ground floor and is composed of: Living-room with satellite-TV and sofa. Through a glass and wrought iron door, it is possible to see the old winery with its cross vaults. Kitchen with big stone fireplace; bathroom with shower; double room.

Upon request, you can add beds for children up to 12 years old for n. 2 seats. Extra beds have no cost.

Every apartment has its own outside space with table and chairs for eating (directly in front of the entrance of the apartments) and offers a wonderful view over the whole valley of the "Elsa" river. The furniture is made in typical tuscan country style with handmade pieces of furniture and accessories. The internal and external floors are in "hand-made terracotta floor tiles", with wood beams on the ceilings. The kitchen is made of Carrara marble and the accessories in the bathrooms are in wrought iron, hand.forged. Each apartment has been given the name of typical Tuscan plants: Sunflower, Jasmine, Cornflower, Pomegranate and a painting of the flowers is found at each entrance and on the head of the wrought iron beds.

The price includes: The use of the apartment with all appliances: water, electricity, linen and towels (1 change/week), gas for cooking, use of the swimming pool, use of the washing machine, final cleaning, WiFi connection, parking.
